A new version of Ezy Estimator is now available for download. The latest version
contains the following features along with various bug fixes:
- Materials Database undock. It is now possible to un-dock the Materials Database treelist
so that it can be resized and repositioned.
- Enhanced Schedule printing. The scheduler printing has been updated so that you can
print the schedule as it is viewed with the current theme if the ‘full color’ option
is selected.
- Email buttons. Buttons are available in all email fields that launch your system’s
email client with the relative email address. The Phone Conversations control also
has an email button that will automatically add the subject and the conversation
to an email. This is a great way to confirm verbal agreements via email.
- Task cut, copy and paste. The Task Grid now has a context menu that can be shown
by right clicking within the Grid. This enables you to perform the cut , copy and
pasting of Tasks between Job Pages or even projects.
- Calculation Lock. The Project Module’s Status control now has a ‘Locked’ option.
When set all Task price calculations are frozen so that you can still change the
durations and times of Tasks yet the original monetary calculations remain the same.
Handy if you have been awarded the contract but need re-schedule Tasks without changing
the final price.
